Unfortunately our Bells Lane Surgery has developed subsidence affecting the rear part of the surgery building.  For the safety of patients and staff we have taken the precaution of closing 3 clinical areas whilst waiting for the relevant repairs to be carried out.

To maintain continuity of healthcare services to our patients on the Hoo Peninsular we have increased our opening times at our branch surgery situated in Mallard Way, Lower Stoke.   This will ensure no loss of appointments on the Hoo Peninsular for our patients.  However, it will mean that those patients who are able to travel will be offered more selection of appointments at Lower Stoke rather than Hoo whilst we try to accommodate the needs of our immobile patients at Hoo.

Patients also have the choice to book at our Gillingham surgery which is situated in The Community Healthy Living Centre, Balmoral Gardens, ME7 4PN.
